Atlantis Whirlpool Shipping & Returns Policy

At Grandtubs, we take pride in offering Atlantis Whirlpools products, which are meticulously crafted to meet your unique specifications. Each product is individually manufactured after your order is placed, resulting in a one-of-a-kind item tailored to your preferences. Due to this high level of customization, please note that only specific orders are eligible for cancellation or returns once they have been placed.

Here are the key points of our return policy:

• Cancellation and Change Orders: Cancellations or change orders must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, and confirmation from Atlantis Whirlpools' order entry department is required.

• Eligible Returns:

  • White soaking tubs or standard therapy whirlpools with no additional options may be returned.
  • White, non-drilled sinks are eligible for return.
  • White, standard shower bases may also be returned.
  • Stock Shower/Tub Enclosures can be returned if they are in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect condition.

• Ineligible for Return:

  • Air baths are not eligible for return.
  • Bath Furniture items cannot be returned.

• Restocking Fee: All eligible returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%, in addition to the cost of return freight.

• Time Limit: Requests for returns must be made within 60 days from the shipment date. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

• Delivery Time: Please note that it takes approximately 3 weeks to receive your Atlantis Whirlpool tub after placing an order.

• Special Pricing: Specially priced or quoted items are not eligible for return.

• If you have buyer's remorse and it is no fault of Atlantis Whirlpool. Customers are responsible for actual return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees (25% of the item cost), even if the item was shipped for free by us.

• All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.
