It's crucial to carefully inspect your goods upon delivery before signing the courier's delivery receipt. This is because, should the items be damaged and you failed to inspect and record this with the courier, you'll bear the responsibility of filing a freight claim and handling the repair or return of the damaged goods. Any hidden damage should be reported immediately.

Suspected Product Damage: If the outer carton appears damaged, potentially indicating that the goods within are also damaged, please write "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is still present. This step safeguards your insurance claim if the product indeed turns out to be damaged, and a freight insurance claim must be lodged.

Obvious Product Damage: In case the product is visibly damaged, you should NOT accept or sign for the delivery. If it's evident that your product has been damaged during transit, refuse the delivery and call us straight away. We will organize a replacement and file the necessary claims for the damaged goods.

Defective Product: We strongly recommend testing your product within 14 days of receipt so that any issues can be addressed promptly. From our experience, most problems can be solved via phone. If you encounter any problems with your product, please get in touch with our technical service department. Our technicians will provide the necessary assistance.
