Free Shipping in the United States:

  • We're pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. At Grand Tubs, we're committed to delivering not only quality products but also exceptional value, which includes covering the shipping costs.

If you have buyer's remorse and it is no fault of the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for actual return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees (20% of the item cost), even if the item was shipped for free by us.

All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.


Shipping Locations:

  • Our free shipping applies to destinations throughout the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to these specific regions at this time.

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • Shipping times vary and typically range from 2 to 3 weeks depending on your location. Orders to the West Coast may generally arrive sooner than those to the East Coast. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with an accurate estimate of the expected delivery time based on your specific location.
