Reliance Shipping & Returns Policy
At Grandtubs, we take pride in offering Reliance products, which are crafted to meet your unique specifications. These products are meticulously manufactured only after your order is placed, providing unparalleled flexibility in selecting equipment levels, options, and other specific manufacturing details. Lead Time: Please note that each order has a lead time of 5 to 7 business days. Customers should anticipate receiving their orders within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of their order placement.
Order Changes and Cancellations: Due to the highly customized nature of Reliance products, changes or cancellations to your order must be requested within 24 hours and require confirmation from MTI’s order entry department. Priority orders may not be cancelled once processed.
Returns Policy: We understand that circumstances may occasionally necessitate a return. However, please be aware of the following guidelines:

Eligible Products for Return:
- Only white soaking tubs or standard whirlpools with no additional options may be returned.
- Air baths are not eligible for return.
- Only white, non-drilled sinks are eligible for return.
- Only white, standard shower bases are eligible for return.

Restocking Fee:
- Returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%, in addition to the cost of return freight.

Time Limit for Returns:
- Requests for returns must be made within 60 days from the shipment date.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Specially priced or quoted items are not eligible for return.
