Grandtubs, an authorized dealer of Pulse ShowerSpa products, operates under a return policy that spans a 30-day window. Regrettably, once this 30-day period has elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must fulfill the following criteria: it should remain unused, maintain its original condition, and be accompanied by its original packaging along with all included parts. Furthermore, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to facilitate the return process. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient return experience for our customers.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.

All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest you contact you credit card company and your bank institution as there is often some processing time before your refund is posted.
If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact Grand Tubs' order processing department at support@grandtubs.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final purchases and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product has a manufactures defect. Please note, the product will be inspected by Pulse ShowerSpas once received.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the arrival of your package.
