Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email from us. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We promptly reach out to our suppliers to ensure the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the event that your item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If the item(s) can be shipped within 7 business days, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment: If your order is in stock and we have processed the charges to your credit card, the items will be shipped based on the suppliers shipping policy. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 24 hours of your order leaving the distribution center. If you have any issues with the carrier who is delivering your order, please contact us at support@grandtubs.com.

We offer free shipping on all orders and applicable items and brands.

Typically, upon receipt of an order, it is processed immediately. Our suppliers utilize a variety of LTL carrier options, and as a result, not all deliveries are the same.  To accommodate this, and prepare you for delivery acceptance, you will receive a tracking email with links to instructions for each delivery. 

Types of LTL receipt instructions are listed below

In Person Freight Receipt: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery? If you are not available to receive a scheduled delivery, you may be charged a delivery fee on your original payment method.

Contactless Delivery Acceptance: You will be provided a shipping date and tracking for the order, and being home for receipt is optional. If not home at time of delivery, the carrier will document the condition of the package and location it is placed with photos.

In Home Delivery: Products are shipped on a semi-truck and delivered to an agreed upon location inside your home. Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, and other variables. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.

Shipping, Delivery, and Cutoff Times

Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method. Cut-off times indicate when order must be placed to begin processing on a particular day and vary by carrier.

Please be aware of the product's expected shipment time. This is when the item is expected to leave the warehouse and will be listed on the product information page. 

Shipping & Order Confirmations

You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

Shipping Concerns: To avoid delays, frustration, and additional costs, please share any concerns about the delivery of your product to your location. Note that the following scenarios may incur additional costs:

  • Instances where an 18-wheeler truck cannot access the delivery location
  • Restrictions related to truck height or bridge laws
  • Deliveries to Islands
  • Road or access restrictions
  • Deliveries requiring the use of a ferry, train, plane, or additional courier transport

International Shipping (anywhere outside the lower 48 United States): Due to high shipping costs, we do not currently offer free shipping outside of the lower 48 United States. However, you may contact our office for a quote to see if we can arrange an order for you.
