Shipping Information: We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. We proudly serve customers across the United States, with the exception of Hawaii.
Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 4 business days of receiving the package. We understand your concern, and we offer two options to make it right for you: a refund or a replacement, based on your preference.
Return Policy: If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund as well as a 20% restocking fee if it was not our fault.
If you have buyer's remorse and it is no fault of the manufacturer. Customers are responsible for actual return shipping charges and applicable restocking fees (20% of the item cost), even if the item was shipped for free by us.
All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.
