Shipping Times

At GrandTubs, we're committed to delivering your purchase from Vanity Art as efficiently as possible. We dispatch orders within 2 business days and cater to all areas across the United States, with the exception of Hawaii.

Damaged Items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, please ensure to report it to us within 4 business days of receiving the package. Under such circumstances, we offer the option of either a refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

Return Items

If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, we accept returns within 30 days from the date of receipt. However, please make sure that the item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.
