    Notably, La Toscana by Paini's main headquarters is situated on the East Coast, specifically in New Jersey. This proximity to our location can sometimes expedite the shipping process, ensuring you receive your products as swiftly as possible. We are committed to delivering a seamless shopping experience to our valued customers.

    For small shipments sent via FedEx or UPS ground, please refer to the following estimated shipping times:

    • East Coast: 2 to 3 days
    • Central US: 3 to 5 days
    • West Coast: 5 to 7 days

    For larger items such as vanities and tubs that require LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping, please anticipate the following estimated shipping times:

    • East Coast: 5 to 7 days
    • Central US: 7 to 10 days
    • West Coast: 10 to 15 days

    Please note that these time frames are approximate and may be subject to slight variations due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will make every effort to ensure prompt processing and dispatch of your order.

    Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date. We recommend keeping track of your shipment for convenience.

    1.3 Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

    You’ll receive shipment confirmation and a tracking number within 48 hours of your product shipping.

    1.4 Damages

    If you received your order from Grand Tubs damaged, please contact support@grandtubs.com directly to file a claim within 48 hours of receipt of your shipment. Please be sure to carefully open, save all packaging material, and inspect your purchase for any concealed damage before filing a claim. Inspection includes visual and operational inspection (see product manual for details).

    2.0 Returns Policy

    Grand Tubs has a 30-day return policy unless otherwise stipulated in your invoice. This is for brand new un-installed items in original packaging. The restocking fee is 25% of the original order amount, less taxes and shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all associated costs of shipping the return. Grand Tubs does not offer returns or exchanges on already installed bathtubs.

    All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.

    To return your product, follow these steps:

    1. Start the return process by emailing support@grandtubs.com.

    2. Once you receive authorization to return, we will let you know where to send your return.

    3. Once our warehouse team receives the returned item, it will be inspected for any damage and missing parts. Returns inspection will take 24-48 hours before generating a report for the Office Manager. If any items are missing or damaged, your refund amount will be reduced by the cost of replacing/repairing damaged or missing parts.

    4. Our Office Manager will review and process your return within 24-48 hours of receiving the report from the warehouse team.

    5. Once we process a return, you should expect to see a refund of your original product purchase amount plus taxes (if any charged), less 25% restocking and any additional refund deductions for damaged or missing parts. The refund amount will be reflected on your account within 5-7 business days.

    3.0 Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Grand Tubs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, storage, and other related costs).
