You can take advantage of our complimentary shipping service on every order. Typically, the freight delivery process spans a timeframe of 2 to 6 business days, with some additional consideration for remote locations.

Before your delivery arrives, the Freight Carrier or Trucking company will get in touch with you to coordinate a convenient appointment. Once your selected product leaves our warehouse, we will promptly send you an email containing a link to the freight carrier's website, along with the tracking number. This tracking information will be updated within 1 business day, allowing you to stay informed about the status of your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At GrandTubs, we extend our free shipping policy to all of Canada. Please note, customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes. To expedite this process and handle all your paperwork, we can recommend a broker. Simply give us a call, and we will facilitate the entire process for you.

PACKAGE INSPECTION

Upon delivery, please inspect your package thoroughly. If you notice any visible damage, ensure you note this on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the damage, either by e-mail or phone. Retain all original boxes and packaging for any necessary returns or exchanges.

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

At GrandTubs, we accommodate returns that are brand new and uninstalled, with the deduction of all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%. You have a grace period of 20 calendar days from delivery to return the product in its original condition, including packaging materials, crates, boxes, and pamphlets. Bear in mind, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and these will be deducted from your refund. Returns should maintain the same protective packaging, including shrink wrap and foam. Refunds, minus shipping costs, will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Please ensure your chosen product complies with your local codes; customers are responsible for reviewing spec sheets prior to purchase. If you made your purchase with a credit card, your refund will be processed to the same card.

All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.

All steam showers carry a (10) ten year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the steam shower from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. Structural components include the acrylic panels, shower pan and ceiling. All steam shower parts carry a (3) three year guarantee against defects. The structural warranty protects the structure of the tub from peeling, fading, delaminating or cracking. MayaBath.com carries all steam shower replacement parts in stock at our California based warehouse and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Warranty does not cover labor or shipping.

MayaBath.com recommends that a certified plumber or electrician replace the spare part. Maya Bath does not accept any responsibility or liability for the installation of spare parts and the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and or accidental damages.

When your appointment is scheduled and the freight company is delivering your item, we recommend inspecting the crates for any damage right away. If there is damage to the item, please notate all damages on the delivery receipt before signing. Where Do The Products of Maya Bath Come From?

All of our Maya Bath products are designed in-house by our senior designer. They’re manufactured by top rated factories crafting exceptional home furnishings and all of our items ship from California.

How Will The Steam Shower Arrive? Does The Unit Come Pre-Assembled?

Your steam shower will arrive in 1-3 wooden crates and all crates will go through any doorway of 28″ or wider.

Unlike some stories we have been told, our steam showers come largely pre-assembled with the massage jets, electric wiring and water pipes already connected. The unit is supplied with its constituent panels flat-packed for easy maneuvering through doorways. These adjoining panels will be bolted together and sealed with silicone to provide a relatively straight forward installation. Simply connect any pipes/wires that join the plumbing/electrics between adjacent panels, hook up your hot and cold water feeds, electric supply and waste drainage and you are ready to go.

I Would Like To Place The Steam Shower On The Second Floor, Will There Be A Weight Problem?

The unit is about 700 lbs. plus water and your weight, and that is definitely a case by case type question. Please consult your contractor based off of these weights we have provided.

Oversized shipments usually ship by truck on a pallet and are normally delivered curbside delivery only. Can This Unit Be Used As A Normal Shower?

Yes this is a steam shower unit. You can select just a shower function, steam function, or a steam and shower function if you’d like.

Do I Install the Shower Before the Drywall or After?

The seam shower will need to have the wall finished and the floor first before installing the shower. Never tile around it. The floor is the most important because if you tile around the shower, you won’t have a way to slide the unit out if you need access to the back of the unit. To service the unit, you will require an access panel the back. If an access panel is not available, then you will need to slide the unit out.

What Is The Water Pressure And Volume In GPM Required To Run The Unit Correctly?

Standard household water pressure of 40-60 psi is about what you need for all functions to work properly.

Where Is The Steam Generator Located?

The steam generator is already built into the back of the unit towards the bottom.
