GrandTubs, an authorized dealer of Maya Bath Steam Showers, is committed to providing you with a seamless shipping experience for all your large or heavy items. You can take advantage of our complimentary shipping service on every order. Typically, the freight delivery process spans a timeframe of 2 to 6 business days, with some additional consideration for remote locations.
Before your delivery arrives, the Freight Carrier or Trucking company will get in touch with you to coordinate a convenient appointment. Once your selected product leaves our warehouse, we will promptly send you an email containing a link to the freight carrier's website, along with the tracking number. This tracking information will be updated within 1 business day, allowing you to stay informed about the status of your shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At GrandTubs, we extend our free shipping policy to all of Canada. Please note, customers are responsible for applicable duties and taxes. To expedite this process and handle all your paperwork, we can recommend a broker. Simply give us a call, and we will facilitate the entire process for you.
PACKAGE INSPECTION
Upon delivery, please inspect your package thoroughly. If you notice any visible damage, ensure you note this on the delivery receipt. Contact us within 72 hours to report the damage, either by e-mail or phone. Retain all original boxes and packaging for any necessary returns or exchanges.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
At GrandTubs, we accommodate returns that are brand new and uninstalled, with the deduction of all shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%. You have a grace period of 20 calendar days from delivery to return the product in its original condition, including packaging materials, crates, boxes, and pamphlets. Bear in mind, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and these will be deducted from your refund. Returns should maintain the same protective packaging, including shrink wrap and foam. Refunds, minus shipping costs, will be processed in the same manner as the original payment. Please ensure your chosen product complies with your local codes; customers are responsible for reviewing spec sheets prior to purchase. If you made your purchase with a credit card, your refund will be processed to the same card.
All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.
