Where is the diverter located?
- The diverter on the Kauai Shower System is located at the bottom of the vertical bar (above of where the handshower hose connects to the system).
Is this shower system tested before being packaged?
- All our shower systems are tested for quality control. It is normal for the shower pipe to have some water on it.
Can I use this as an outdoor shower?
- This shower can be used outdoors if a water connection and valve are available. However, outdoor use would void any kind of warranty with PULSE because it’s intended use is indoors.
- The Kauai III has a 5-function handshower, and a single-function showerhead. The functions for the handshower are: Jet/Wide/Wide and Jet/Massage/Wide and Massage.
- This system is available in both 2.5GPM and 1.8GPM (CA, CO, NY City approved).

Can the water flow restrictor be easily removed?
- The flow restrictor can be easily removed for cleaning purposes. Refer to manual for flow restrictor location.
Can the Shower head and hand shower be used at the same time?
Grandtubs, an authorized dealer of Pulse ShowerSpa products, operates under a return policy that spans a 30-day window. Regrettably, once this 30-day period has elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must fulfill the following criteria: it should remain unused, maintain its original condition, and be accompanied by its original packaging along with all included parts. Furthermore, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to facilitate the return process. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient return experience for our customers.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.
All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest you contact you credit card company and your bank institution as there is often some processing time before your refund is posted.

We utilize a variety of LTL carrier options, and as a result, not all deliveries are the same. To accommodate this, and prepare you for delivery acceptance, you will receive a tracking email with links to instructions for each delivery.

In Person Freight Receipt: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery? If you are not available to receive a scheduled delivery, you may be charged a delivery fee on your original payment method.
Contactless Delivery Acceptance: You will be provided a shipping date and tracking for the order, and being home for receipt is optional. If not home at time of delivery, the carrier will document the condition of the package and location it is placed with photos.
In Home Delivery: Products are shipped on a semi-truck and delivered to an agreed upon location inside your home. Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, and other variables. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
