Shipping Method: LTL freight.
Shipping Time: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipment times are subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
If you haven't received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Order Status: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We utilize a variety of LTL carrier options, and as a result, not all deliveries are the same. To accommodate this, and prepare you for delivery acceptance, you will receive a tracking email with links to instructions for each delivery.
Types of LTL receipt instructions are listed below
In Person Freight Receipt: The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery? If you are not available to receive a scheduled delivery, you may be charged a delivery fee on your original payment method.
Contactless Delivery Acceptance: You will be provided a shipping date and tracking for the order, and being home for receipt is optional. If not home at time of delivery, the carrier will document the condition of the package and location it is placed with photos.
In Home Delivery: Products are shipped on a semi-truck and delivered to an agreed upon location inside your home. Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, and other variables. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery.
Shipping, Delivery, and Cutoff Times
Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method.
Cut-off times indicate when order must be placed to begin processing on a particular day and vary by carrier.
Please be aware of the product's expected shipment time. This is when the item is expected to leave the warehouse and will be listed on the product information page.
Shipping & Order Confirmations
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.
Grandtubs, an authorized dealer of Pulse ShowerSpa products, operates under a return policy that spans a 30-day window. Regrettably, once this 30-day period has elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must fulfill the following criteria: it should remain unused, maintain its original condition, and be accompanied by its original packaging along with all included parts. Furthermore, a receipt or proof of purchase is mandatory to facilitate the return process. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient return experience for our customers.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.
All cancellations that are not our fault are subject to a 3% processing fee. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during order placement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest you contact you credit card company and your bank institution as there is often some processing time before your refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, all sale items are final purchases and cannot be refunded.
